Phase One

Befriending Your Nervous System


Before deep healing can happen, your nervous system needs a sense of safety. If you’ve been stuck in survival mode—constantly anxious, shut down, or swinging between the two—your body is working hard to protect you. In this first phase, you will gain a greater understanding of your nervous system, as we create a personalized map of your nervous system states and the regulation tools that support your unique system in coming to a place of connection.

Through simple but powerful somatic practices, we’ll work together to:

  • Recognize and understand your nervous system patterns
  • Develop tools to regulate your body’s stress response
  • Build internal safety so that healing can happen from a place of stability

This step is essential. When your body feels safe, everything else becomes more possible.

Phase Two

Coming Home to Your Body – Reconnecting with Felt Sense


Once your nervous system has more regulation, we can deepen your connection with your body. Trauma can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself—numb, dissociated, or unsure of what you truly need. This phase is about listening to the body’s language and learning to trust it again.

We’ll explore:

  • How your body communicates through sensation, tension, and emotion
  • Practicing interoception (awareness of your inner experience)
  • Moving from intellectualizing healing to truly feeling and embodying it

By developing felt sense awareness, you begin to reclaim your inner wisdom and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Phase Three

Healing from Within – Integrating Your Inner Parts


Once you have a stable foundation and a deeper connection with your body, we’ll begin exploring the different parts of you that have been shaped by past experiences. Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approach, we’ll gently work with your inner parts—the ones that protect, the ones that hold pain, and the ones that long to be seen.

Together, we’ll:

  • Identify and understand the different parts of you that show up in relationships and healing
  • Work with protective parts (like people-pleasing, avoidance, or self-criticism) rather than against them
  • Offer compassion and healing to wounded parts so they no longer carry the weight of the past

This is where deep transformation happens. By integrating all parts of yourself with care and understanding, you step into a more whole, empowered, and self-trusting version of yourself.
