A Little About Me
I'm a mother, daughter, sister, wife, friend, and trauma survivor. After a long road of healing from the pain of betrayal in friendships, my marriage, and with myself, I found the path to true connection. I reconnected with my body, restored trust with myself, and was able to carry that into my relationships with others for more embodied connections.
I knew I needed to help others do the same.
Now, as a Trauma Trained Somatic Practitioner, I have the honor of walking so many incredible trauma survivors back to an embodied connection with themselves and others.
